Weekend Training

1. Aiki-Parpagkam - Joint locks, Throws, and weapon disarming. Excellent for self defense.

2. Judo - Grappling sport.

3. Arnis - Practical weapons training.

4. Sthrog - Sport involving throws, grappling, and strikes.

5. Kickboxing - The science of hand and foot striking.
